導入
児童のひとりが読んだことがある、という冬の星座の本を子どもたちに見せ、星座についての興味を引いていきました。
３つの明るい星
星図拡大版を黒板に貼り出し、1等星に金色マグネットを貼っているところ。金色マグネットをずらしながら、明るい星と暗い星があることに気づかせています。
七夕の伝説について話し、1等星をそれぞれ指差しているところ。
おりひめ（ベガ）、ひこぼし（アルタイル）、かみさま（デネブ）のイラストを貼っています。
金色のシールを貼ろう
黒板に貼ってある星空写真から1等星マグネットをはずし、今度は児童が自分の星空写真（黒板に貼ったものと同じ縮小版）で１等星を確認しました。
先ほど黒板でマグネットを貼ったように、各自配られた星空写真に重ねられたＯＨＰシート１に３つの明るい星を見つけて、その場所に金色のシールを貼ったところです。
３つの星の名前
黒板の星図に一等星それぞれの名前；ベガ・アルタイル・デネブ をチョークで書き込みながら教えているところ。
大三角と星座
黒板の星空写真で、三角形の型紙を使って夏の大三角を教えました。
２等星以下の星座を形づくる星には銀色マグネットを貼りました。
銀色のシールを貼ろう
黒板の星空写真に銀色マグネットを貼ったのと同じように、今度は自分の星空写真を使って、２等星以下の星に銀色シールを貼りました。
次に、星座の絵を印刷したOHPシート２を配り、星空写真に重ねさせて星座をイメージしてもらいました。

Introduction
Attracting pupils' interests for constellations by showing the book of the winter constellations that one of the pupils has read.
Three brightest stars
Posting a star photo of the Summer Triangle onto the black board and putting gold magnets onto stars of the first magnitude. Opening the pupils' eyes to differences of brightness of the stars by moving the gold magnets.
Telling the folk story about Star Festival and pointing the stars of the first magnitude. Putting the pictures of Orihime (Vega), Hikoboshi(Altair) and God(Deneb).
Mounting gold stickers
Removed the gold magnets from the photo on blackboard and pupils find the three brightest stars on their own handout photos. The three brightest stars were identified with gold stickers on a OHP slide overlaying the handout photo.
Names of the three stars
Writing the names of the three brightest stars; Vega, Altair, Deneb to the star photo on the blackboard.
The Summer Triangle and the constellations
The Summer Triangle was taught with a triangle cut heavy paper on the photo on the blackboard. The remaining bright stars of the constellations were identified with silver magnets.
Mounting silver stickers
The remaining bright stars were identified with silver stickers on the OHP slide. Next, identifying the constellations, the Swan, the Lyre, the Eagle by the other OHP slide of the constellation figures overlaying the photo.
